Cured - In - Place Pipe Lining
All work is performed on the customers side of sidewalk, on private property - Saves customer & contractor substantial costs and mess of trench excavation - The entire pipe is lined from one (1) small, 4' x 3' access hole - Install approved Cured-in-Place Pipelining in 3" 4" 6" 8" lines
The Process
host pipeline is cleaned out with rooter machine. - One (1) small pot hole 4ft. x 3ft. is excavated to expose pipe. - One piece felt liner is treated with epoxy resin. - Lining is inserted into old pipe, calibration tube is inflated & expands the lining - Lining is "Cured-in-Place" as epoxy resin cooks and hardens. - Calibration tube is deflated and removed, video camera inspects the results. - Pipe lining is a permanent, stand-alone, new pipe line. - Reline 4" to 6" Transitions - Non-Woven / No Stretch Liner - Minimum Design Life 50 Years (ASTM)

PIPE BURSTING
Pipe Bursting is the ideal technique to use for the rehabilitation and replacement of sewer lines. PIPE BURSTING efficiently bursts clay, concrete, cast iron, and PVC pipe. The process involves very little disturbance caused by open trench excavation. An expanding device called an expander head, which may be either pneumatic or hydraulic, is introduced into the defective pipeline through a launching pit. As it travels through the pipeline toward the receiving pit it breaks the pipe into many small pieces, pushing the pieces into the surrounding soil. New pipe is attached to the back of the expander head, replacing the line immediately.
