“Used video imaging to inspect sewer line; identified problem as collapsed sewer section in this original 1927 sewer line. Performed repair by using a trenchless method to install a new sewer with clean-out access. In order to do so, they had to open up a wooden deck to access the start of the line. Performed hydro-jet flushing to clean out line. Greg arrived with all of the tools necessary to diagnose and recommend repairs. All work was performed as promised and even though he ran into multiple problems which could not be anticipated in working on an old house, he found solutions which minimized the cost. Because the start of the sewer line was covered by a wooden deck, he also restored the deck to its previous condition in a good workmanlike manner. All debris was removed, or covered nightly during the repairs, and the work area was clean and neat at the completion of the job. I would use this company again, with no hesitation, and have already recommended it to others.
